God’s Love Trust Home (GLTH) was founded on 17th February 2014 with a clear mandate: to protect, nurture, and empower vulnerable children who have been denied the opportunity to grow up in safe and loving environments. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, recognized by the Niger State Government, and approved by the Suleja Local Government Area, GLTH serves as a trusted child-care and protection center within the North-Central region of Nigeria.

Since inception, GLTH has provided lifesaving support to children who have experienced abuse, abandonment, exploitation, family crises, or severe socio-economic hardship. Through coordinated social work practice, we collaborate with the Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development, the police, healthcare facilities, community leaders, and relevant agencies to ensure immediate safety and long-term stability for every child referred to us.

Our approach is holistic—addressing physical, emotional, educational, spiritual, and psychosocial needs. Children receive safe accommodation, medical care, trauma-informed counseling, mentorship, academic support, and structured daily routines tailored to their developmental needs.

We are also passionate about youth empowerment. Our Concerned Hearts Initiative and annual Speak Out Seminar equip teenagers and young adults with knowledge and support to navigate peer pressure, mental health challenges, academic stress, relationships, substance misuse, and overall well-being.

GLTH is expanding its professional capacity as we move toward family and community-based care, in line with global best practices. We remain fully committed to strengthening families, supporting kinship systems, advocating for policy reform, and working toward safe and sustainable reintegration of children into family environments whenever possible.
